Sometimes we just need someone to walk beside us as we navigate a job search, seek more purpose, and/or manage our careers.

Perhaps you are going through a major life transition: just entering the workforce, changing jobs or careers, going through a midlife crisis, returning to work after a long absence, becoming an empty nester, nearing retirement, just to name a few!  Maybe you are seeking more purpose in your life or work-life harmony, looking for work, or are nervously employed.

Who are our guides?

People with a heart and passion for helping others. They come from a variety of backgrounds: a natural coach or guide, HR, training, hiring managers, or people with recent job search experience who have mastered the process. They also are excited to encourage you to grow and pray with you.

How will our guides help?

Guides will offer help with career networking, resumes, interviewing, work-life harmony, and other job search and career management advice learned along the way. They can provide encouragement, personal career advice, and refer you to other resources for additional help.

Who can our guides help?

People looking for work, nervously employed, seeking more purpose in their lives, or going through any of the transitions already mentioned.

How does it work?

Once you fill out the form linked below, we’ll match you with a guide who will reach out to find a convenient time to chat. Our guides are volunteers, so please allow a few days to be contacted. Keep in mind, our guides will give you initial suggestions and point you to other helpful resources for your unique situation, but the guide program is not designed to provide in-depth life coaching, job search coaching, or mentoring.
